Job role : Senior Change Manager

Duration : 3 month contract with possible extension

Location : Remote

Main transformation Initiatives:

• Modernizing supply chain operations through improved digital platforms and automation.
• Advancing a Product Agile Operating Model and scaling Agile product teams.
• Driving organizational change to support more customer-centric, outcome-based ways of working.

Partnering closely with the VP of Product & Strategy, VP of IT Strategy, and other executive sponsors, this consultant will play a key role in enabling, scaling, and maturing product-centric ways of working across the organization. Our company is building product-focused teams and adopting new operating models centered on business outcomes, customer value, and continuous improvement, and Agile product delivery rather than traditional project execution.

The consultant will assess organizational readiness, identify stakeholder impacts, develop actionable change strategies, and drive execution of communication, engagement, adoption, and sustainment activities. This role requires a hands-on change leader who can guide executives through significant operating model change while building alignment, reducing resistance, and accelerating adoption.

Success in this role will come from helping leaders and teams embrace a product mindset, supporting Agile maturity growth, and ensuring the organization effectively transitions to new ways of planning, prioritizing, funding, and delivering value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management efforts supporting our transition from project-based delivery to a Product Agile Operating Model.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and change impact analyses.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and adoption strategies.
• Partner with executive sponsors to support Product Model Transformation initiatives and Product Center of Excellence development.
• Support the scaling and maturation of Agile product teams and product-based ways of working.
• Develop executive messaging, leader communications, readiness assessments, and sustainment plans.
• Build alignment among business and technology leaders as product ownership and accountability evolve.
• Anticipate organizational challenges and provide recommendations to improve adoption and engagement.

Ideal Background:

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations involving operating model change.
• Proven success supporting organizations transitioning from project-centric to product-centric delivery models.
• Experience with Product Operating Models, Product Centers of Excellence, Agile transformations, or Agile-at-Scale environments.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, outcome-based delivery, roadmap planning, and Agile product organizations.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders to drive organizational adoption and behavior change.
• Ability to develop strategy and personally execute change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing across business and technology organizations.
