As we expand our operations in the United States, we are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to support our New York office and help create an outstanding employee experience from day one.

About the Role

We are hiring a People Operations Coordinator to support onboarding operations at our New York office. This is a fixed-term contract role ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to make a meaningful impact on how new employees experience their first days at rednote.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Distribute and track equipment (laptops, accessories, and other devices) for new hires
• Facilitate onboarding training sessions and orientation programs
• Collect and maintain new hire information and documentation
• Process and coordinate workplace access and badge setup
• Serve as the go-to resource for new employees navigating the office and internal systems
• Answer questions about company policies, benefits, and procedures
• Support additional People Operations projects as the role evolves

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese — fluent English (written and spoken); Mandarin listening comprehension required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine interest in helping people
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• No prior HR experience required; recent graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation

$30–$40 per hour, depending on experience

Employment Details

• Fixed-term contract position (3-month initial term, with possibility of renewal)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• On-site at our New York, NY office
• This position is employed through an Employer of Record (EOR). Benefits including payroll taxes and statutory benefits are administered by the EOR.
