IMMEDIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED - START NEXT WEEK!

SHIFT: MONDAY - FRIDAY, FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 8AM-6PM (8 HOUR SHIFT) + MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY

OVERTIME IS AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE PAID TIME AND A HALF!

PAY RATE: $18/HR

OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR

ON SITE: MILFORD, CT

Qualifications:

• 2 years of office experience/customer service experience
• Ability to manage inbound phone calls
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Self starter
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at this organization, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers.
• Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth.
• Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors.
• Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone.
• Accurately entering customer information into our database.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Milford,CT.
