Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. This individual will collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and trade professionals to design beautiful and functional living spaces. With a focus on client experience, innovation, and attention to detail, this role is essential in delivering the high standards and personalized service that define KSI Kitchen & Bath.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the design process.
  • Understand client needs, provide product education, and deliver tailored design solutions.
  • Present compelling design concepts, floor plans, and proposals that bring spaces to life.

Design Excellence:

  • Create professional and innovative designs using 2020 Design.
  • Ensure that designs are accurate, compliant with company standards, and aligned with customer goals.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to manage administrative tasks while focusing primarily on creative work.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Proactively generate new leads through showroom traffic, referrals, industry relationships, and networking.
  • Provide timely and detailed proposals, quotes, and revisions to assist clients in decision-making.
  • Support business growth by converting leads into projects and building long-term client relationships.

Project Coordination:

  • Maintain communication with customers, contractors, and installers to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Monitor project milestones and address issues to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Maintain documentation in CRM and ensure follow-up tasks are scheduled and completed.

Collaboration & Culture:

  • Work closely with showroom teams, product specialists, and operations staff to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and embracing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath design or remodeling (required).
  • Proficiency in 2020 Design software, CAD or similar software (required).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and improving the way people live.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field (preferred).
