Salary: $85K - $95K

We are searching for a dynamic Executive Chef who thrives on creativity, leadership, and delivering unforgettable dining experiences. This role leads culinary operations across restaurant dining and banquet events, while building a strong, motivated culinary team.

What You'll Do

• Lead all culinary operations across the restaurant and banquets
• Create innovative and seasonal menus that drive guest excitement and repeat business
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage food cost, inventory, and labor to ensure strong financial performance
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team
• Maintain top-tier food safety and sanitation standards
• Partner with leadership teams to support events, programming, and revenue initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
• Strong background in restaurant and banquet culinary operations
• Passion for menu development and culinary creativity
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Expertise in food cost management and kitchen operations
• Food safety certification required
