Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $18–$25/hour (Contract-to-Hire; pay based on experience level)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative support role
• High school diploma or GED required
• Exposure to construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, and basic Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing systems and processes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Representative to support a busy construction-focused office. This is a contract opportunity covering a leave of absence, with strong potential for long-term placement based on performance and business needs.

This role is primarily focused on email-based customer support, coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to incoming customer service emails from clients and field teams
• Coordinate scheduling of field personnel and supervisors for service and repair work
• Handle inbound calls on a shared customer service line (limited volume)
• Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including basic job costing assistance
• Maintain accurate records within internal job tracking systems
