Clinical Liaison / Healthcare Sales Representative

About the Role

Kindred Hospital Las Vegas – Flamingo is a 78-bed specialty hospital offering long-term acute care and acute rehabilitation services. We are seeking a driven Clinical Liaison to support patient access, manage referrals, and grow referral networks across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments to identify appropriate admissions
• Manage referral, admission, and follow-up processes for assigned accounts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners
• Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities to grow territory volume
• Deliver in-person education to physicians, hospitals, and referral partners
• Serve as liaison between patients, families, referral sources, and internal teams
• Meet territory growth goals and manage marketing strategies
• Work primarily in the field (approx. 80% travel/local account visits)
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred (Healthcare, Nursing, Marketing, or related field)
• RN, LPN/LVN, or RT license preferred
• 2+ years healthcare sales or clinical experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and LTACH reimbursement preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
