Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Call Center Representative in East Syracuse, NY

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - East Syracuse, NY 13057

Pay rate: $20-$21.50/hr

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, triage customer inquiries, and provide timely resolutions.
• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions while maintaining professional communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including device connectivity, mobile apps, and software updates.
• Assist with account setup, login issues, device registration, and warranty information.
• Provide accurate product information, comparisons, and referrals to dealers or distributors.
• Document customer interactions, process accounts, and follow company procedures and policies.
• Meet performance metrics and go the extra mile to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools.
• Technical aptitude or willingness to learn connected device troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
