We’re hiring a Waterjet Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Longmont. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys precision work and working with state-of-the-art waterjet equipment. You’ll be producing high-quality metal parts while following strict tolerances and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines
• Create and adjust nests and programs for production runs
• Monitor parts during production to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Deburr, finish, and handle parts safely
• Perform routine maintenance and follow shop safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience operating waterjet machinery (Flow or similar preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
• Comfortable using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
