Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and contribute to month‑end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Prepare and post journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Compile supporting documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Participate in process improvement and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships considered)
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay $60,000 - $80,000k/year
