Magnetic Trading (part of Magnetic Group) provides total technical care aviation services, offering repair, overhaul, exchange, and outright options for a variety of aircraft types, with a focus on Airbus and Boeing models.

Our main services include spare parts, components, and material supply; airframe & engine spare parts solutions; repair management programs; logistics and distribution; and a total asset management program.

As part of our global business expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Trading team in Miami (FL), USA.

Main responsibilities

• Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule
• Generate leads (including cold calls), present, promote, and sell aircraft components and related services
• Active outreach to and negotiation with suppliers in the market
• Develop our network of partners, customers, and suppliers across the US
• Conduct market research , identifying client needs & new opportunities for assets and spare parts
• Forecast sales, develop effective sales strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness
• Enter and submit customer quotes into Quantum, update our CRM system
• Attend sales meetings, events, and training as required

Main requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales and/or brokering within the aviation sector
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Ability to open, maintain, and develop new customers
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and a dedicated team player
• A bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent English language required, all other languages are an advantage
• Experience in Quantum software is an advantage

Work location: Magnetic Group Miami office - 5512 NW 72ND Ave, Miami, Florida, FL 33166, United States

Working hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day

Working model: Hybrid - 4 days physically from the office, 1 day from home
