Job Description

Job Qualifications: 

• Have a valid driver license and able to travel to different locations
• 1+ years of experience in construction or remodeling 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions 
• Ability to operate power tools safely with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques as needed for project success.
• Recommended: high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Pride in quality work and commitment to delivering results
• Preferably bilingual 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the day-to-day execution of remodeling projects on-site
• Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and flooring tasks 
• Operate hand and power tools safety 
• Load and unload materials and equipment 
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors 
• Maintain a clean and safe job site 
• Conduct caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing of joints and openings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed 
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
