Regional Operations Manager

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will provide direction, consultation, and guidance to Branch Operations Managers to improve the overall operational performance of your region. This includes overall operational performance, sales, pricing and reporting in the assigned Region. Overall, your expertise and business acumen will be vital to the development of our network and to REECE's ongoing mission and purpose!

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the wholesale distribution industry
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Previous experience with reviewing, analyzing, and acting on operational KPI's and P&L statement data preferred

At Reece USA, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Final compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$81,600.00 - $136,300.00

In this role you may be eligible for additional contributions to your total rewards package like commission, profit sharing, or an annual bonus. Total Rewards components may be subject to written plan documents.
