Our practice operates from multiple floors of dedicated clinical space at 345 Main Street, Madison, NJ, with active buildout underway to expand advanced recovery, regenerative medicine, and wellness services. We are also building Management Services Organization infrastructure to support future multi-site expansion.
Our service lines span more than 15 specialties, including chiropractic medicine, interventional pain management, physical therapy and rehabilitation, primary care and sports medicine, podiatry, acupuncture, allergy testing and SLIT immunotherapy, hormone optimization, weight management, regenerative medicine, IV nutrient therapy, sleep medicine, athletic recovery, behavioral health integration, and telehealth.
Our operational platform includes a multi-provider clinical team, C-suite leadership across operations and finance, full-cycle revenue cycle management, CureMD integrated with reporting and digital intake systems, and a dedicated patient acquisition and community outreach function.
Position Overview
Madison Medical seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to lead the patient journey from first contact through ongoing care. This person serves as the central point of communication between patients, providers, and internal teams, ensuring a smooth, professional, and well-coordinated experience at every touchpoint.
This role begins with front-facing patient coordination and expands into cross-department operational support based on performance. Growth comes through accountability, precision, and follow-through.

Work Schedule, Required
This is a fixed schedule and requires consistent reliability, including rotating Saturdays.
Monday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, split shifts
Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, rotating
Core Responsibilities
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for new and returning patients and coordinates scheduling across providers with clinical awareness. This role manages check-in, check-out, and intake workflows, guides patients through onboarding and care plans, and helps patients understand insurance benefits and out-of-network coverage.
This person also coordinates referrals, maintains accurate documentation, supports compliant recordkeeping in CureMD, and works across Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral. The role includes tracking patient progress through internal systems and reporting tools, partnering with clinical and billing teams to improve patient flow, protecting patient confidentiality, and staying calm and solution-focused in high-volume settings.

Qualifications
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in patient-facing roles within hospitals or private practice settings. Strong knowledge of insurance and out-of-network care models is required, along with experience coordinating multidisciplinary care. Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft platforms is essential, as are strong organizational and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
