Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to support production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations

Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

Oversee equipment installations, repairs, and facility maintenance

Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability

Qualifications:

5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, PLCs, and automated systems

Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational efficiency

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
