We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our manufacturing facility in Miami. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organization and contribute to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance programs/strategies for optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime.
- Manage and lead maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and evaluations.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, upgrades).
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with production/operations to minimize disruption.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment.
- Develop/maintain maintenance budgets, monitor expenditures, implement cost-saving measures.
- Source/manage relationships with external vendors/contractors for specialized services.
- Implement/utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking.
- Regularly review equipment performance, analyze trends, optimize efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in maintenance.
