We’re looking for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented Loan Officer to step into a high-opportunity role supporting a top 1% originator and leadership team.

About the Opportunity

This is a rare chance to plug into an established, high-volume pipeline with consistent deal flow coming from:

• Past clients
• Client referrals
• Realtor and partner relationships

You’ll focus on what you do best: advising clients, structuring loans, and delivering an elite experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and convert a steady flow of warm inbound leads
• Guide borrowers through the loan process from application to closing
• Structure deals across a wide range of loan products
• Deliver exceptional communication and service to clients and partners
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with a highly experienced operations team to ensure smooth closings

Compensation

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of mortgage origination experience
• Strong product knowledge across:
• Conventional, FHA, VA
• Non-QM mortgages
• HELOCs
• Second mortgages
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple files at once
• A likable, relationship-first professional who clients trust
• Motivated by growth, opportunity, and being part of a winning team
