Now Hiring: Assistant Property Manager (Onsite Required)

Onsite Living Required- 30% Rental Discount!

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for customer service and property management? We’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help create an exceptional resident experience!

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Step in and lead the property in the Manager’s absence
  • Collect and post rent, manage deposits, and assist with financial reporting
  • Handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations
  • Process move-ins, move-outs, and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to resident needs and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Experience in property management (2+ years preferred)
  • Familiarity with tax credit properties is a plus
  • Experience with Yardi (or similar systems) preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
