Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Export Coordinator at Starlux Logistics North America, located in Katy, TX. The Import Export Coordinator will handle daily operations for freight forwarding, including managing import and export documentation, overseeing logistics processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, updating clients on shipment statuses, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Import, Export, and Import/Export operations
• Proficient in preparing and managing Export Documentation with attention to detail
• Ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and maintain proactive communication with clients
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs requirements is a plus
• Proficiency with logistics and freight forwarding software is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual- English required, Mandarin Chinese preferred
