Aparicio Immigration Law is a fast-growing boutique immigration law firm located in Chicago’s West Loop. We are looking to add a bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal to join our team.
The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn. This role includes daily client interaction, supporting attorneys with court preparation, and assembling immigration filings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Assist attorneys with court and litigation preparation
  • Prepare and assemble USCIS applications and supporting evidence
  • Manage calendaring, deadlines, and case follow-up
  • Handle telephonic and written correspondence
  • Support additional office and case-related responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience required
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certification(s) preferred
  • Enthusiasm and passion for immigration law and client service
