Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily HR operations, including employee relations, coaching, and discipline
• Partner with supervisors on attendance management, performance, and policy enforcement
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and select salaried roles
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Provide remote guidance and support to HR at the California facility, including training a site-based HR resource
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements across sites
• Support integration efforts in the event of future acquisitions

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5–8 years of HR experience with a strong generalist background
• Experience supporting an hourly workforce; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Comfortable handling employee relations matters with appropriate escalation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
