We’re looking for an HR Specialist to own People Operations in the US.

You’ll be the go-to HR partner on the ground — running day-to-day operations, supporting employees, and ensuring everything is compliant, structured, and human-centered.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and being a trusted point of contact.

What You’ll Do:

Implement and manage the full HR lifecycle, including:

  • Manage employee records and ensure US compliance
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer benefits and insurance
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Partner with global HR to align practices
  • Improve processes and maintain HR systems

You Should Have:

  • 5+ years in HR/People Ops in the US
  • Previous aerospace & defense industry experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of US employment law
  • Experience with benefits administration
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Confident working directly with employees
  • HRIS experience (HiBob a plus)
