Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Health Scheduling Coordinator. Based in Dallas, TX, the role requires coordinating patient appointments, managing scheduling requests, and ensuring alignment with healthcare team availability. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate scheduling records, effectively communicating with staff and patients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations and superior patient care. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely for a portion of the time.

Qualifications
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Phone Etiquette to foster positive interactions with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and ability to manage schedules effectively and accurately.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and accuracy in patient and staff coordination.
  • Administrative Assistance experience, including proficiency with scheduling systems, record management, and general office tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with home health operations or medical scheduling is a plus.
  • High School diploma or GED required; additional certifications or education in healthcare administration is desirable.
