Job Summary
Hybrid Role. We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Layout professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. This role is ideal for a creative production-focused candidate with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys building clean, accurate, visually consistent layouts for business services projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine graphic layouts for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production materials.
- Prepare artwork and layout files with strong attention to alignment, spacing, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Review design files for accuracy, quality, and production readiness before final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, revisions, deadlines, and final output needs.
- Manage multiple layout projects while maintaining quality, organization, and timely completion.
- Make edits, updates, and adjustments based on feedback while ensuring final materials meet specifications.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $23.00 per hour. 2 weeks training onsite then Hybrid role 3 days in office 2 days remote. Candidates must supply hard wired internet, no wi-fi. Internet speed needs options.
Option 1 -1 Gig down load and 35 upload,
Option 2 500 Download and 10 upload
Client will supply laptop, Keyboard and mouse . Candidates must pass background.
Overtime is mandatory when needed, may also work over the weekend when needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create professional graphic layouts for business, marketing, print, or digital materials.
- Prepare clean, accurate, production-ready files.
- Manage layout revisions and quality checks for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic layout, graphic production, visual design, or a related creative role.
- Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Experience using common graphic design and layout software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Ability to follow brand standards, templates, specifications, and detailed project instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused work style.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing files for print production, digital output, or client-facing deliverables.
- Familiarity with prepress standards, image resolution, file formats, and production workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced business services, print, marketing, or creative production environment.
