About the Role: At Foundry for Good, we don't just build businesses—we build businesses that do good. We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Your designs will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, supporting our sales initiatives, and helping nonprofits better understand the value of our tools.

What You'll Do

• Design compelling visuals for digital and print, including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, and landing pages.
• Develop visual content supporting educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.
• Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across campaigns.
• Support product marketing by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks.

What You Bring

• Must be based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
• Good English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.
• Nice to Have: Experience designing for SaaS or nonprofits, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and familiarity with video editing/motion graphics.

Setup & Benefits

• Target of 42.5 billable hours per week, aligning with US Eastern business hours in a split-shift setup (e.g., 9:30am–2:00pm & 8:00pm–12:30am PHT).
