The team is hiring a Google Cloud Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimisation of enterprise-scale Google Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Past experience as a data engineer, system engineer, or cloud architect
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking & security
• Experience delivering custom solutions on a major cloud platform (GCP preferred)
• Experience with Bash and Terraform is preferred
• Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously
• Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, and Anthos would be considered an asset

Requirements:

• Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer
• Responsible for SLAs and execution of on-time project delivery
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution
• Providing clients with advice on best practices and helping them optimize their effectiveness with Google Cloud technologies
• Offer high-level architectural expertise, principles, and guidance for clients and colleagues
