Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager based in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing budgets, and overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, coordinating with clients and construction teams, and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and within the agreed timeframe and budget. The Estimator/Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of high-quality structural steel projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, and monitoring expenditures for construction projects
  • Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation with an emphasis on structural steel projects
  • Strong Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and project teams
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the construction or structural steel industry is an asset
  • Proficiency with industry-standard estimating and project management software
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with AutoCAD or other computer based drafting programs is desired.
