Are you an ambitious, creative digital marketer looking to grow your career with an e-commerce company? We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online brand presence, create engaging ad campaigns, and drive customer interaction.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity perfect for a self-starter who loves digital creation and text-based communication, social media, and using AI to help create.
salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Answering Inquiries: Replying to high volumes of customer emails regarding order statuses, tracking numbers, tracking lost packages, and return policies.
- Social Media Moderation: Answering direct messages (DMs) and comments on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok from customers asking questions about products ("Does this come in blue?", "When will this restock?").
- Review Management: Responding to public reviews (both positive and negative) on the website, Google, or Amazon to maintain a great company reputation.
- Product Listings: Adding new items to the website (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.), writing product descriptions, and uploading photos.
- Inventory Tracking: Checking to ensure items listed as "in stock" match what is actually available in the warehouse so customers don't buy sold-out items.
- Content Scheduling: Planning and scheduling posts a week or two in advance so the company's social media never looks abandoned.
- Using AI for Efficiency: Using tools like ChatGPT to quickly write catchy captions, generate email subject lines, or rewrite boring product descriptions to save time.
