Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Full Time Aftermarket Sales Consultant to grow our aftermarket team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and engaging customers who have purchased a vehicle on a wide range of accessories and customization options. You'll work closely with sales staff, vendors, and other department managers to ensure a high level of service, product availability, and department profitability. This is a high-impact position ideal for someone with deep knowledge of automotive accessories, a strong sales background, and a passion for helping customers personalize their vehicles. Schedule: Weekdays and Saturdays, Combination of Mornings and Evenings Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell aftermarket products and services including, but not limited to, paint protection, rustproofing, wheels, and interior/exterior accessories.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and department revenue goals.
  • Work with Management to manage product inventory, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule and coordinate installation of sold accessories and services.
  • Ensure accurate processing of sales, including invoicing and payment handling.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support other dealership departments with coordination of accessory work and workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience: 2+ years (Required)
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Automotive accessory sales or customization: 2+ years (Required)
  • Car dealership sales experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
  • Analytical and decision-making skills (Required)
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. (Required)
  • Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills. (Required)
  • Strong understanding of aftermarket products and vehicle customization options. (Required)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a team-oriented mindset. (Required)
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced automotive sales department
  • Primarily indoor work environment with occasional service shop or parts department interaction
  • Ability to stand and move around dealership
  • Frequent contact with customers, sales and management to ensure sales completion.
  • Team-oriented dealership culture focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction
Compensation and Benefits: * Base Salary: $36,000 -$70,000 annually with Commission Benefits Package:
