The Role

We are hiring our a Customer Success Associate. You will support onboarding, drive rep adoption, and help customers get real value from Leadbeam fast. This is not a ticket queue job. You will work directly with the founders, build processes from scratch, and see your work show up in retention and expansion in real time.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is competitive, operationally sharp, organized and wants to grow into a CS leader with enterprise accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Support onboarding from kickoff to go-live, owning timelines, rep readiness, and first value milestones
  • Help stand up CRM integrations across multiple CRMs, ensuring clean field mapping and data flow
  • Run weekly adoption check-ins with customers, track usage by rep, and flag accounts that need attention
  • Capture product feedback from the field, write clear tickets, and close the loop with customers
  • Build and maintain scalable assets: onboarding guides, training templates, playbooks, and a living knowledge base
  • Support QBR prep with data pulls, outcome summaries, and account health snapshots
  • Partner with Sales on smooth handoffs and with Marketing on customer stories and references
  • Be the first line of defense for customer and technical support.

Who You Are

  • 1 to 4 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, RevOps, or a customer-facing SaaS role
  • Understands the value of CRMs and is comfortable working inside them
  • Fast mover who keeps promises and follows through without being chased
  • Clear communicator across end users and managers alike
  • Comfortable building structure where none exists
  • AI Native- Knows how to automate processes and figure things out
  • Bonus: experience with field sales teams, outside sales, or territory planning
  • Bonus: you have worked in GTM tech or sales enablement
