A client in Florida, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Agent with personal/commercial lines experience to join their LaBelle office. This person will service and support our existing client base while identifying opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate policy records, and supporting a collaborative team environment.
