Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Location: Seattle, WA (USA)

Requirement: Registered Nurse or Clinical Research Coordinator (2+ years’ experience)

Work Model: 1 FTE

Contract Period: Fixed 12-month contract

The Opportunity:

• Ensure the safe conduct of specific study protocols, maintaining the highest standards of subject care and wellbeing.
• Manage participant scheduling and procedure bookings using hospital and Sponsor systems (IRS) while acting as a key point of contact for the clinical research team.
• Review medical records to identify potential participants and accurately enter visit data into electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) to ensure trial integrity.
• Responsible for shipping biological samples, including blood and urine, to central laboratories in accordance with training and instructions.

What you need:

• Registered Nurse or an established Clinical Research Coordinator.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience.
• Mandatory experience in clinical trials, including a recent ICH-GCP update within the last year.
• Experience entering data into electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF) and using Interactive Response Systems (IRS).
• Ability to process and ship blood, test urine, and handle other biological samples.
