What You’ll Do:

• Lead a vibrant team and foster a positive, communicative, and professional atmosphere.
• Oversee clinic operations to ensure top-quality patient care and hire new staff as needed.
• Analyze clinic performance data to meet financial, operational, and productivity goals.
• Optimize marketing strategies, grow the clinic, and build community partnerships.
• Create an engaging workplace, organize team-building activities, and ensure your staff thrives.
• Lead by example by providing outstanding patient care and prompt electronic documentation.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• California state license in Physical Therapy
• CPR certification
• 3 years of experience in an orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred but not required
• A passion for leadership and helping others grow and succeed
