Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaner to help maintain our property in Connecticut. This role is key to ensuring our buildings remain clean, safe, and move-in ready for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain hallways throughout buildings
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry rooms
• Clean vacant units to prepare them for new tenants
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Maintain cleanliness of the office space
• Handle trash removal and proper disposal
• Wash windows as needed
• Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment
• Monitor and stock cleaning supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
• CT driver’s license is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable with good time management skills
