Core Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly to generate sales appointments.
  • Log daily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment.
  • Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and pairing them with a vehicle best suited for their lifestyle.
  • Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and organize test drives, highlighting desirable vehicle features.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
  • Assist customers with sales and financing paperwork.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the customer, assisting with.
  • setting up vehicle features (i.e. navigation, Bluetooth, etc.) ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Create genuine connections with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • New or used car sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience working in a sales or another customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and utilize new technology.
  • The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand their concerns or objections and respond thoughtfully.
  • An excellent work ethic, resilience, and determination to achieve goals.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment: We are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 9PM and Saturday from 8AM to 8PM, and closed Sundays. We support work-life balance by offering a 5-day workweek and 8-hour shifts. This role requires working with clients face-to-face as well as online and over the phone. Sales Specialists work indoors and occasionally outdoors doing vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
